The company

Alexandra Property Solutions was established by Anton Georgiev in 2011 and named after Anton’s sister. She plays a vital role in his life from a very young age and still continues to do so. She is a disciplined person and has been a role model for her younger brother therefore he decided to name the company after his beloved sister.

The team is being driven forward by the intention of the company’s proprietor to see innovative ideas come to life and optimize processes and general practices in the field of property and facility management in order to provide a cost-effective transparent management system.

Starting Alexandra Property Solutions was the first step in creating an Online Audit System based on the experience and confidence we have in the ability to maintain a high standard of service and precision while perusing results

The team

Anton Georgiev  /Manager & Proprietor/

Shortly after graduating in 2004 with a degree in intense study of foreign languages in one of Bulgaria’s leading private colleges Anton started work as a property manager running properties in Plovdiv (Bulgaria’s second largest city) for a family owned company specializing in buying, renovating and reselling properties as well as renting out company owned apartments during the international fair of Plovdiv.
In 2010 Anton moved over to Bansko and has been living there full time since. He is a passionate skier and mountaineer so the decision to move his life over to the Pirin Mountains and the resort of Bansko came naturally.
He operates in Bansko mainly as well as in the administrative city centers within 60km /Blagoevgrad and Gotse Delchev/ in the events of interaction with the Bulgarian institutions and authorities.

Victor Shishkov has been a web developer science 2004. He has a huge background of projects and is involved into the project, to provide the best, for our clients. The system is in constant evolution, to meet the demand and exceed expectations.

Mr. Shishkov and his team are ready to response to any technical issues our clients may have while using the innovative report & archive system/online audit system/

Inspired by the beauty of  the Pirin mountains, he joined the team to give his best. Victor loves nature and is a long time mountaineer. "The best ideas come when you are away from technology" - he says. And reinspired by the beauty of the Bulgarian mountains, he is ready to meet any challenge.
