For property owners who rent out their apartment/s and would like their guests shown in and given some local knowledge of Bansko upon arrival

 

Apartment preparation guests meet, greet and check out. General procedures


Cleans are conducted no earlier than 24 due to guest’s arrival. Before the guests are greeted and shown in, the apartment is being checked for faults or failures in order to spare the guests any inconvenience during their holiday in Bansko. Those spot checks  are usually conducted just before the winter season as this provides us with time to undertake actions approved by and within the client’s budget. Light bulbs are changed free of charge as long as provided and stored in the apartment. Loose sockets are also fixed free of charge.


When logged on to your user profile you can inform us of the flight details of your guests and choose the type of cleaning you would like prior to guests arrival. Cleaning costs depend on the size of the apartment and type of clean.

 

From this point onwards we will make several visits to your apartment to make sure that:

  • Everything in the apartment is working and in good order
  • Cutlery crockery and towels are matching the number of people the apartment sleeps
  • The cleaning is up to our hygiene standards
  • Apartment is warm hot water is sufficient
  • Welcome and breakfast packs are placed in the apartment also firewood packs /if pre-arranged/

After we have the apartment ready and the guests are checked in our next visit to your property will be to see the guests out and collect the keys to the apartment.

/Exceptions apply in times of emergency burst pipe, electrical failure, we are a phone call away and available 24h in force major circumstances/

 

 

Upon guests check out we will:

 

  • Collect the keys to your apartment.
  • Turn of the water and electric from the main switches
  • Make sure cutlery and crockery is matching the number of people the apartment sleeps.
  • Have a look at the sofa bed
  • Clear the fridge and leave it open
  • Have a look at the overall condition of the property
  • Check all doors and windows are closed
  • Lock the front door 

 

 The above procedures are documented and uploaded on the website within the same day. Those procedures ensure several visits to the apartment for each booking therefore additional security checks are conducted before and after the winter season or at owner’s request.

Subscription to the Online Audit System 

6 months subscription- €152 or €25,33 per month

12 months subscription- €260 or €21,67 per month

Regardless of the size of apartment the price includes an Individual user account on our website, lock changing /applies for normal Yale locks only/ Initial Inspection and Inventory of the property.

 

The 6 months subscription also includes 6 security checks regardless of the number of bookings and the related visits.

 

The 12 months subscription also includes 12 security checks regardless of the number of bookings and the related visits.

 

 Additional charges apply for extra services outside of the ones described above.Guests check in and check out outside normal working hours 9-18h will come to €35

 

All of the above procedures terms and conditions for using the system are regulated with a maintenance contract.
